ListingLab AI is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help e-commerce sellers generate and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, and competitive analysis. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@listinglabai.io.
ListingLab AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Paid plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

ListingLab AI provides tools to assist you in creating product listings. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that using our service will result in improved search rankings, increased sales, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control including marketplace algorithms, competition, and product quality.
The ListingLab AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ListingLab AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
Content you input into our service remains yours. Content generated by our service for you is yours to use commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingLab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListingLab AI and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
